Caitlin provides strategic direction for LIFTbuild’s branding and marketing efforts on its path to commercialization.
Caitlin began her career in the construction industry right out of college, supporting work acquisition and communications in Virginia. Early achievements included significant pursuit wins for the business unit and developing strong working relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders. She had the opportunity to participate in the first LIFTbuild pursuit, igniting an instant passion for the unique approach.
In the following years, Caitlin oversaw regional marketers across several states and played a key role in pursuit strategy, client engagement, internal communications, and team member development. She welcomed the opportunity to re-engage with the LIFTbuild team in 2021. Working hand-in-hand with leadership, Caitlin champions the implementation of LIFTbuild’s strategic goals, driving organizational efficiency, team culture, and marketing and communications efforts.
As a Certified Professional Service Marketer (CPSM) and active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), Caitlin enjoys volunteering and mentoring future leaders through speaking engagements or coaching.
