Dana focuses on creating processes and best practices for managing future LIFTbuild Projects. Beginning with the output of a robust lessons-learned program on Exchange, Dana will collaborate with the core and project teams to prepare for the efficient execution of future projects.
Dana served as Project Manager on the Exchange project and has been fully immersed in the LIFTbuild experience over the last several years.
